Processing Time
Orders are typically reviewed and prepared within 1-3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During peak periods or promotions, processing may take slightly longer. When delays happen, we update customers proactively.
Shipping Cost and Delivery Estimates
Shipping is a flat US$9 per order. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of US$69 or more ship free. The fee is converted to your checkout currency and shown before you pay.
Delivery times depend on destination and shipping method selected at checkout.
- Domestic standard shipping: usually 3-7 business days after dispatch.
- International shipping: usually 7-21 business days after dispatch.
- Customs inspections can extend delivery windows for cross-border orders.
Tracking and Address Accuracy
- Tracking details are provided once the shipment leaves the warehouse.
- Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery details.
- If a package is returned due to address errors, re-shipping fees may apply.
